📦 Shipping Notice!
Due to the increased volume of orders, our standard delivery times are currently 3–4 weeks. We know how important it is to receive your items quickly, and we are working hard to process and ship orders as fast as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
What currencies are your products available in, and do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship internationally 🌎 and all prices are shown in USD.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We’re just as excited for you to receive your SnuggleProtect products as you are! Please allow 7–14 days for your order to be processed and shipped, and up to 3 weeks from the purchase date for delivery.
Tracking numbers will be available 3–5 business days after your order has been shipped.
👉 If you don’t receive a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at contact.snuggleprotect@yahoo.com and we’ll make it right.
What if I’m not satisfied with my product?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if your product is defective or damaged. You’ll have 30 days after contacting us to return your item for a full refund.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You may cancel your order for free as long as it has not yet shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, you can follow our return steps above for a refund.
Help! I entered the wrong shipping address.
No worries! If you entered the wrong address, please reply to your order confirmation email with the correct mailing address.
⚠️ Please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, if the package has already shipped, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund for an incorrect address.
